The laboratory has the right to transfer the confidential information upon the official request of the state institutions stipulated by the law of the Republic of Estonia and upon the request of the EAK (Estonian Accreditation Center).
The parties of cooperation undertake to ensure the security of the received confidential data (including personal data).
In case of violation of confidentiality rules by one of the parties, the violator will be liable in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legal norms of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
