If there are any complaints against Testimis OÜ, you have the right to file a complaint.

The complaint must be formulated in a clear and substantive manner.

The complaint shall be submitted in a free-form form to info@ndtservice.ee and must contain at least the following information:

  1. The name of the person filing the complaint
  2. Date of filing
  3. Description of the complaint.

Testimis OÜ guarantees timely response to complaints. Notification of receipt of the complaint occurs within 2 working days. The complaint process and decision is communicated in a timely manner.
